DR, TAKANO TREATED ME FOR THE LARGE CUT IN MY LEG THAT I CUT WITH MY CHAIN SAW. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. SHE WAS VERY POSITIVE AND ASSURED ME I WAS GOING TO BE ALRIGHT. SHE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND MADE ME FEEL GOOD. WHEN SHE PUT IN THE MULTIPLE STITCHES I DID NOT FEEL A THING. SHE IS A GREAT DOCTOR. I AM VERY GRATEFUL TO HER AND HER POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Overall I had a decent experience here. The people are awesome except that one guy at check-in. I owe a lot to these doctors sending me on referral. I have been to the County Hospital in San Bernardino in the past and i have waited hours to be seen...(so, maybe my standards are different). It took approximately an hour in Urgent Care. Not terrible.

This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.

The staff and doctor's at United Urgent Care were exceptional. They were considerate of my needs and symptoms and ensured that I received the appropriate treatment. Besides the competent staff and doctors, the office is incredibly clean and well-kept. It is reflective of the experience I had there and I would recommend this office to anyone who is in urgent need of medical care.
