Everything about my appointment was easy and quick. I had an issue and was not able to be seen by my PCP until the following week. Fortunately I was able to walk in without an appointment here. After a couple of days of visiting a hospital and not feeling well i decided to go into this walk in clinic. Right away i could tell the people and staff at this clinic really cared about their patients and showed concerned and took proper care of me while in their care. One staff member was supposed to leave at 5pm and she stood over her shift to make sure I was healthy enough to leave on my own even called the next morning to make sure i was doing well something the hospital didn't even do. I highly recommend that if you are looking to go somewhere where you are ill to give this place a shot you will not be disappointed.

Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. Instead, I was in and out in less than one hour. Thank you so much and happy new year!

They were very busy, and I didn’t have an appointment.  I had flu symptoms and they got me in.  The care was top-notch.  The PA and the Physician were excellent.  Unionville is fortunate to have them.

The whole process was easy and everyone at the office was pleasant and took their time to answer all of my questions. I was not rushed through my visit.

I was desperate to get a physical and paperwork completed for an upcoming surgery. Everyone from the secretary to the nurse to the physicians assistant was incredible. They were so attentive, patient and helpful. I felt very taken care of the entire time. I can’t thank the staff enough for their outstanding service!

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

The staff was friendly, thorough and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.
