Scheduling the appt was easy.  The check-in process is so tedious. Having to go through health histories of grandparents, parents , siblings and children EVERY TIME is just annoying.  Nothing about their histories has changed since the last time I was there; nor does it have anything to do with my sinus infection!  Fix this.

Went suspecting I had a mild concussion. Luckily, after an examination, that did not seem to be the case, but the Doctor gave me advice on what symptoms to look out for, who to follow up with (spoiler: a neurologist), and where to find further online resource groups. As a nice bonus, their waiting room staff was just as friendly as always. Docs Stamford has been my go-to for general medical issues for quite a while, and they've yet to disappoint!

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Well only thing my nasal spray that’s was called in needs a prior authorization left two messages waiting so pharmacy can fill it. I just woke up from air or something outside like off today.

Everyone was very respectful, the doctor had bedside manner and spoke very clearly and explained everything and answered questions for me

Was able to make an appt online  and was seen quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Great experience and pharmacy across the street!  Thank you!

Wait time was under 10 minutes. In and out within 20 min. Very clean & professional

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

Woke up with sore throat and congestion. Was able to book an appointment and was seen quickly and efficiently. The nurse and doctor were thorough and efficient. He prescribed me medication to ease my pain and discomfort while making sure there were no adverse side affects.

I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen
