Dr.Marchetti was a good listener and thorough in evaluation. His prescribed treatment fixed my ailment in short order. The waiting room music is a little too loud and not for universal tastes.

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
