Second time at this location and both times I’ve had a great experience.

My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

Everything went well and was great, However I wasn’t aware the sports physicals were not a covered benefit and had to be self pay. I wish I had been aware prior to the appointment to save myself the embarrassment of questions while checking in. It was fine after it was explained at the window and all is well. I will bring my daughter’s back in a heartbeat. The clinician’s here are beautiful and amazing and very caring.

I have already a appointment with the clinic and I wait about 6 minutes to get inside the check room after that I went to the examination room and about 5 minutes to see the doctor and that was it

Citydoc does not disappoint.   I was in and out in 30 minutes.   Talked with Doctor and had my prescription refill.  Last visit was in March I needed stitches.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
