Staff at the McKinney location in Dallas Tx are very professional and prompt. I was seen by Dr. / PA J. Jones, she was very knowledgeable and explained what she thought was the best course of action for my situation very well. I am extremely pleased with this location.

I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help. The only positive thing was he told me what the problem was. I do have an appointment with my orthopedic doctor tomorrow. I do appreciate having the insight as to what the problem was.

Staff was kind and efficient, no complaints there. But, two things could be improved. 1. Our appointment was at 9am and it was requested we arrive 10 minutes early. Well the staff did not unlock the front door until exactly 9am and we were called back several minutes later. What is the benefit to showing up early just to sit in our car or stand outside?  2. This office is in major need of some wall touch-up, paint and cleaning. This inspires little confidence in the cleanliness of a medical office when it's appearance has been neglected so badly. Based on this observation alone, we will only visit this office as a worst case option.  Please note: I would like this review to remain private as it's only intent is to help improve the office for the better. Was able to schedule an appointment with minimal wait. The doctor and nurse took great care of my baby and helped explain everything asking the way. Kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.

They got us back immediately. I didn’t even have a chance to sit down. They were so thorough and patient. It took an hour and a half for my daughter to leave a urine sample and they didn’t give up on us!

A1Plus service. I am new to the area and haven’t seen a new PCP. Started the week with a cough that later developed into a sore throat and ear pain so I found this placed due to availability.  Faith led me there. The staff and Dr. Inaganti were amazing.  I’m already feeling better.

I’ve never had a problem here and the staff/Doctors and nurses are extremely friendly/polite/and caring.  I’ll continue to come here due to all the good.  Thank you.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Dr.lee was perfect. Great,fast,professional,friendly. Everything was GOOD

They were really on top of everything my son needed and urgent about getting him to the ER as soon as possible when he needed. Thankful for their urgency and if it weren’t for the friendliness of the staff (practitioner and nurse) I would have been a lot more nervous, so I’m thankful for that as well.

Knowledgeable and friendly .  Felt relieved when we left. Called in prescription and then we were out the door. Will be our” go to place “ in the future. Yes I would recommend them !

Was very quick and efficient.  Went for my son’s sinus infection.  We don’t go to urgent care very often, but this place was great!

Very caring staff would for sure recommend. The wait time was less than 5 min. Beside manners was great.

I was feeling miserable and just drove there. Check-in was long even though nobody was there. At the end, after filling up everything and not being able to check the last box, the system was not working and reception did not know what to do. She suggested me to do all in paper again. I would not do, I was too miserable. I tried a few time on the system and it ended up working. On the medical side, all ok. Faster than check-in. Did it’s purpose, explained well.

Well I was a walk in I waited awhile but I did get to see the doctor and she was very friendly and professional,the staff was very friendly as well the receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful ,so I was very pleased with the service I received I must say that I would refer my family and friends
