I love it here, the staff is friendly and they are quick to get you in. I also like that you are able to check in online. Also they send lab results or imaging to your childs pcp. Best thing is they are close to home, and have plenty of parking. The wait time is to be expected, its not horrible either.

Exceeding competency front he staff and providers-along wirh on-site diagnosis capabilities (CT, in house laboratory, ultrasound etc)...with a medical director who truly cares about his patients and has experience. Working in the medical forked myself-I can recognize quality provisions.

I recently went to Express Family clinic, and as always, I was treated with the utmost care and respect - despite 30 people being in front of me. Did I have to wait? Of course I did - there was a line already out of the door when I arrived. I waited in my car until I was called in, and then I was treated thoroughly and professionally. Maybe it’s Covid, back to school, or something else in the air right now - but it’s been incredibly busy the last couple of times I’ve went. However, the owner and all of her employees were working like crazy to get everyone seen and treated as quickly - and efficiently - as possible. I’ve been coming to this clinic since it first opened and I’ve never been disappointed - and even with a long wait, I’ll still never complain. Best clinic ever.
