I had never been to Promptu and was impressed with my visit. The waiting room and exam rooms were very clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleased with the tests they took and were able to tell me what was making me sick. I will return the next time I need an Urgent Care facility. I was very lucky that there were only a few patients in the waiting room.

It has been a minute since I was there, I did not write a review. Wellfast is my go to clinic. I have been having some head congestion took some Coricidin, I am also feeling a bit of sore throat which felt like it was better. I will be at Wellfast in the morning. I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants fast service and you will be taken care of for sure.

The staff saw me and my daughter together for two separate complaints. Each was polite, caring and friendly, as well as accommodating. The receptionist is just rude. Not nice at all. Needs Carnegie training. Phone calls from her are no different. A disappointment to a fine staff.
