Sarah and Laura were amazing, quick, and responsive.

Xray tech allowed her license to lapse and I could not get a chest xray. I had to go to a different location to get a chest xray. Waste of my time at the first place.

Everything that parents desire from an urgent care facility was present and available at AFC. The staff was very courteous friendly and kind. Thank you AFC Clear Lake!!!

The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't know about setting the appt. up online. The people are great and the care is awesome. When I can't see my personal physician Prime Urgent takes care of me. Thank you for being there for me.

I’ve always had a good experience here.  Walk-ins welcome.  Wait on average an hour.  Staff courteous and compassionate.  PA and nurse top notch.  Efficient and feel like it was worth the visit.

Love this location and the doctor my daughter saw was the best!!!! Listened to all of my concerns and gave her what was needed…. 10/10

Our family’s PCP’s never have same-day appts available so we always go to this facility for our urgent care. Dr. Ishmael is always friendly and thorough. We haven’t had to experience long waits. We like that we can log in to secure an appt slot.

I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

My wife was a walk in and she was signed in and seen within 10 minutes. She was diagnosed treated and meds called into our pharmacy. I would highly recommend this place. My family has been using it since it opened.

I walked in on Thanksgiving morning and saw the doctor with no delay or problem.  I didn’t have an appt. I was very pleased at how fast the process was and the attentiveness of the staff and doctor.  So happy to know they are close by!

Second time here great experience both times.

My 3yo baby boy had been crying all morning telling us he has ear pain. We were all over the place looking for an urgent care that opens before 3pm (due to my baby crying in pain since 7am). Luckily Best Health Urgent Care& Clinic was the one we leaned on (regarding reviews& insurance). Best decision we made so far! We’ve tried at least 3 different urgent care facilities in our area with in the past yr& half and nether of them were to our liking. Thank you to the physician& the lady in the lady in the front.. who’s name I didn’t catch /: Highly recommend for children& parents!
