Our 4 year old son was not feeling well. We set a appt via the online portal. That was easy to navigate. Great staff. Clinician was said to be the only one on duty so the wait time was a bit longer, but she was so nice and engaged with our little one. The petite young lady at the counter was so nice and informative. My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office and its staff.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
