We’re from out of town visiting family and my little one got sick. My husband was so impressed with the NP, Amy. He said she listened, was very attentive and very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. She even called me later in day to tell us results of chest x ray and was very accommodating and personable. I’m really impressed with the facility and kinda wish we had the same service back at home! Highly recommend this facility as an RN myself!

Woke up on yesterday, felt very weak after Throwing up, stomach/chest pain, diarrhea plus fever and chills. My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
