Scheduling was easy enough, check in easy, friendly front desk and nurse!  PA matter of fact and no bed side manner busy interest on phone with personal call!  He could have given more information about diagnosis and meds prescribed!  He seemed disengaged.  In and out quick enough.

The staff was friendly and took the time to listen and help me with my foot injury. While the X-ray did not show anything, the Dr still took time to look over my sore spot and make sure nothing was missed. I appreciate the quality of time they spent with me. I would go back to this facility again if I have another emergency.

My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Front staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Wait time was minimal. The doctor and nurse were so nice and sweet to our son. They got us in and out in about 15 minutes which included a laceration repair. Would definitely use them again for urgent care needs and would recommend them.

Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
