Scheduling online was easy (and really a good way to go as they were really busy on a Sunday with a bug going around our area). Staff had a good attitude and handled some frustrated customers very well. Received medications and treatment quickly and have been getting better. I would recommend using their services.

Dr. Jernigan is great and very thorough. Recommend him to everyone.

I came in the office becuase I couldn't breathe after having had an appointment on Monday and being prescribed cough medicine( a steriod shot was alfo offered but I declined the shot)

Scheduling & check in were easy on line which saved time. I was called back about 30 minutes after the appointment time. So not bad. Staff were very nice. Once I was called, everything went quickly & smoothly.

Staff was pleasant and professional. Scheduling was fine and e-paperwork was easy. Our only issue was with check-in upon arrival. Scheduled appt ahead of time, arrived at our appointment time, checked in with front desk and paid co-pay, told we would be called back shortly. Received confirmation of check-in 50 min after appointment time. It’s not an unbearable time to wait but in the moment with a child burning in fever and weak, it felt like an eternity especially seeing later arrivals called back. I do understand some cases are more urgent than others. Staff addressed my concern and called us back within 20 minutes of bringing it to their attention. Front desk receptionist said it was an issue with moving our appointment from one screen to another. We were treated with care and were well on our way within 30 minutes of being called back. Total time 2 hours. Not too bad. Just make sure you receive a text confirmation that you’ve been checked-in.

Great location for us, and fantastic people! Very reasonable wait. My PA was attentive and personable.

I walked in to get checked for a possible infection and Ms. LaWanda behind the desk was so nice and attentive. The wait time was less than 15 min and i was out within 30. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Will be coming back if I ever need an urgent care again!

The staff at the front desk were so kind and happy. Everyone I encountered had a great attitude and listened well. I could tell they genuinely cared about helping me! The ladies who took my blood were so nice and comforting, same for the ladies who gave me a shot. I will definitely be going back there and telling others to do the same. I got there at 8:07 this morning and I was out by 9:17! Most urgent cares take hours.

When I entered the office, the receptionist was not welcoming/friendly while looking at me with a mouth full of food, no greeting or anything. Told her what the reason for the visit was and she pointed to the kiosk and said, ”check in over there”. She didn’t say anything when I left either. The other staff/nurses were great! Would definitely recommend

The staff, nurse and doctor is extremely friendly and makes you feel at ease.  Doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great personality and very helpful.

I checked in online and was greeted when I walked in. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I didn’t remember everyone’s name but Jamorea and NP Caroline took their time to listen to me. Great care. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent service provided.  Check-in was speedy and interactions with the medical staff was professional and caring.  After I left, I drove straight to pharmacy where my prescription was there waiting on me.

This is my second time I have gone and they have always been so sweet. I feel so comfortable there, and I always feel so important. They are quick, efficient, and so nice.

I did the online scheduling and walked in too my appointment like they was ready for me..got in Dr already remember me and got me right in and right out

I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.
