Went to this NextCare because had urinary tract infection ( I was right) and my urologist was out of town and because I was due to go out of town the next day AND it was Friday. Everyone was friendly enough and willing to help…wait was okay…though I think the term urgent care is lost on the mothers bringing in their kids for eye tests while those in pain are waiting to get treated.  I told the doctor(?) I had liver disease and please give me the least damaging antibiotic. He did NOT. If he didn’t know he could have looked it up. Took me three minutes to do it myself when I got home. I feel like this is careless and dangerous care. Problem is, NOW, I have to take this med because it’s  complicated and time consuming to get it changed and I’m leaving town. Other than that… Hope my liver can handle it!

As soon as I stepped in, it felt like home. Everyone was nice, I had a good experience. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Easy to schedule an appointment and the staff was fantastic. Our family will not go anyplace else. Keep up the fast friendly service

I felt like I had a kidney infection or stone. I gave them a urine sample right when I got there. Then was told it could be a kidney stone, it could be a kidney infection. They weren't sure what was going on. I have an antibiotic to see if it works. Other than that the scheduling was quick and easy. Check in was quick and easy. The staff were very pleasant.

Today the dog I was caring for killed my little Greyhound. When I was beating off the starry. She bite my leg. Do was removed and greyhound was put down. Other dog was removed by police. I did not react to my bite until all the mess was done.  I then discovered I had been bitten on my right leg. So I came to next care for care. It was cleaned and RX was give with follow-up instructions   Great care great people. Glad I chose to come here

The only urgent care I will go to.

I have a tooth that has root canal, but it’s also reinforced because it holds my upper bridge. And it started Friday and I hope that Monday I could get a hold of my doctor or a dentist and just have them give me some amoxicillin for an infection. My dentist had no scheduling at all no open availability at all told me to just keep calling and see if somebody cancels. My doctor couldn’t see me till the end of the month and said go to Urgent Care. I took her advice, but I accidentally scheduled myself at the Pima Urgent Care, and I live closer to the one on Santa Cruz. I showed up there and they didn’t have me on the schedule and then I looked on my phone and it was at the Pima at but she said it would take about 30 minutes. I said I’m fine with that I’m fine but it was even less than 15 minutes Was courteous. Everybody had Concern for my pain in my mouth, And the way they just took me in even if I messed up on the scheduling I was amazed. Needless to say, I will probably keep going to Urgent Care for anything that comes up like this again. I was so happy that they got my amoxicillin that I was even friendly with everybody out in the waiting room.  Grade staff, friendly people, friendly nurses and nurse practitioners and doctors cause I did see a doctor back in 2022 wonderful people.  And yes, I would recommend NEXT CARE

Carbon is easily accessible, even for older women. They’ve been kind, practical, and helpful in their explanations. It seems like I’ve had a small bunch of nigglylittle health issues. They’ve listened, asked good questions& told me what they thought was going on. So far, so good.

It was great! The doctor was really nice and if I ever need to go back I would definitely go back. Thank you staff and Dr. Lamb for your kindness.

I was able to walk in today, get checked for sore throat. All Staff and Doctor were Caring, responsive and helpful. As Usual! 2nd time at this clinic —I am ever Grateful! I highly recommend this clinic. Thank You!

I was able to schedule my appointment with little wait time. Staff was friendly and efficient at time.of check in. Provider I saw was a good listener and not hurting to get me in and out. Answered any questions I had with no hesitation. Very pleased with my visit I would definitely recommend this provider and urgent care center

I was registered promptly. Nurse practitioner was professional and easy to talk to. My issue was handled well.

Early on a Sunday morning was able to schedule an appointment right away online. We were seen right away. Experience with staff and provider was great. Would definitely recommend.

My only complaint is that I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen for less than 5 minutes. My needs were met and the staff was kind, though.

I made an appointment online this morning. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested. I was seen and discharged in less than 20 minutes. All staff were excellent!

Ear infection, was seen immediately and prescriptions sent to pharmacy and ready within an hour. Cost was affordable, would recommend this location, little traffic
