Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. Beth was fantastic, she was thorough, answered all my questions and had great tips too! I would definitely come here again for my son’s health. However, I was speechless with how the medical assistant roughly administered medicine to my infant son. The medical assistant grabbed my son’s face, squeezed it, and squirted antibiotics into him mouth and with the last pump, they squirted it all in even though it was getting to the point of overflowing out of his mouth. Once I held him upright, he immediately spit it back out. I’m not a medical professional, so I can’t say whether this is standard of care, but I was concerned by their handling of him.
