Everything is awesome there! Everything is clean and everyone is knowledgeable and nice.

Would like to have received discharge instructions. So I knew what was recommended no one came back to my room and I waited also 20 min but another patient was guided to my room

I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I feel a lot better now.. I will go there again and suggest it to family and friends. Thank you doctor and staff

The wait was over 2 hours. I thought I had scheduled an appointment, but I guess I was considered a walk- in.

My worse nightmare of needing an urgent care visit on a Saturday at 6pm. Surprisingly I found Carbon Health Urgent Care with several appointments available. The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly. The checkout was amazing, she helped me find a 24 hour pharmacy to get my prescription

Very nice and clean place and the staff very nice very helpful and friendly.  And you don’t have to pay for parking. So happy with the service.

Great experience, I will definitely be coming back to this place!!

I don’t understand the point of scheduling an appointment only to be placed behind people that literally just walked in to the office. I understand that stuff was backed up but if I already had an appointment set up that should’ve been honored. Nobody had severe burns or some crazy injury. Yet I was sitting there with a 102 fever for 2 hours till they finally called my name. Also seemed like the nurses checking me in were more on top of things than the actual doctor that walked in and walked me out (basically pushing me out) in the span of 2 minutes.  Aside from that the actual front staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had.

Hello ALL I have been waiting for 6 years to find a medical facility who can provide for medical and Medicare and this is the place. Anytime you go anywhere you are worried about the huge bills you will receive don’t. Also wonderfully understanding and Just an A + facility all the way around, so not just in health care but also with the people who treat you. Anyone worrying about judgement don’t when coming here. All medical issues are tricky but this is a place where we are all treated equally.

Scheduling error online. Major conflict. The staff was SO KIND and accommodated me.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

I was able to check in easily and not wait long to be seen by doctor . The staff are helpful , you see the willingness to take care of my needs. This was my 2nd time to this urgent care and same good experience.! 100% recommendable !

I had a really positive experience at AFC Urgent Care today. The entire staff was kind, caring, and professional, which made a big difference. I usually have a very hard time getting bloodwork done, but they handled it with great skill and patience, making the process much smoother than I expected. While going to a clinic is never exactly enjoyable, their warmth and expertise made it as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate their care and would recommend them to anyone looking for a compassionate and skilled team.

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

Online scheduling with txt msg reminder was easy and helpful. Check in was easy and straightforward, they let me know right away what is covered. I waited about 8 minutes in total before o saw the PA and she was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend this place.

I will write a review on yelp. The girl at the front desk was very nice and professional, but the doctor hardly spoke to me, told me extremely very little, and had zero bedside manner.  I was shocked and so was my 17 year old daughter at how she was towards me.  I would never recommend this provider. I also have not heard anything about the swab that was taken on Sunday.  She said it would take two days to come back and it is now Thursday night.
