The front desk person was rude when I told her we met out out of pocket maximum. She said we still need to pay and that they wouldn’t refund me as it goes to Blue Shield. She offered to reschedule to when her supervisor was there on Monday. I couldn’t do that with my daughter being sick. I told her last time I paid Med 7 a copay they never reimbursed me. She said they’re a different company now. It was very frustrating and should have been verified with insurance prior to my arrival since I had an appointment. The PA was great.

The front desk seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all, she was on Instagram while I was getting checked in and didn’t talk much. The MA and the provider were extremely nice and friendly, was a great experience with them. Would definitely come back
