The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. In a word EASY! I made the appointment online. I was taken right away. The staff were friendly & professional. The facility was immaculately clean. My check in was also easy. Since I had visited previously all my information was available. I would highly recommend this urgent care
