I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Woke up in the morning feeling terrible and needed to get an appt for myself and son quickly. Cedar Hill urgent care was able to service us and they did an amazing job. Everyone from the front desk reception to the doctor was so kind, patient and caring. They checked both me and my son and was able to quickly diagnose us and give us our prescription. I highly recommend cedar hill urgent care and this will now be my go to urgent care when I’m unable to see my provider.

Was able to an appointment within a few hours of when I first looked. Had to wait 40 minutes after the appt time to spend 5 minutes with the doctor though. Still, I got what I needed so that was a win.
