Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.

I have been receiving messages that are associated with a visit to urgent care today. I, nor anyone I know, made a healthcare visit today. WRONG NUMBER!

Wait time was short. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit to the Walk-in clinic. I will use this service in the future if necessary.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. The clinic in Highland was not good 2hr wait and appt doesn’t matter so I went to White Lake location and it was much much better. While I was there 2 other people who were at the Highland location came to White Lake also. Wait time and exam time were acceptable and all staff were very professional and friendly.

I've had a head cold for 3 weeks without relief. I had done an e-visit and a virtual through my primary office. I will say my virtual visit suggested I get my ears checked. Thank goodness she did. I had inflammation and fluid in both ears! I hadn't been able to hear for over a week. Thanks to Urgent Care I finally got the medication needed for my body to heal. I had a great visit. The staff there was so helpful and professional. The scheduling was a breeze. I didn't have to wait long before seen. I would recommend going here.

Needed to be seen on a Sunday morning. Made an appointment online & completed paperwork at the same time. They were very friendly & efficient! Got a lot of work done in a very short period of time. Extremely accommodating staff from reception to doc & checkout. I would definitely recommend!

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
