Severe neck pain brought us to Urgent Care. The medical assistance was outstanding. The immediately recommended an ER visit for a CT scan for a current medical issue. After an Xray they were clear the ER was the best way forward. We did go to the ER later that afternoon by ambulance, their instance did save my partner's life. Well done. My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
