Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Walked in after hearing a "pop" and experiencing extreme pain in my right knee. Sarah checked me in and within an hour I had been interviewed, examined, had an ex ray, was diagnosed, and released with recommendations for additional treatment. The customer service and compassion from every staff member was very impressive. I am very happy to have such a tremendous facility within 30 minutes, because "stuff happens" at the farm. Suspected workplace COVID exposure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I walked in and completed new patient paperwork and was tested and released. The total time was about 20 minutes. Incredible.

Everyone from the receptionist, the tech, the NP and the xray tech were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received better care than at my family doctor.
