I walked in as new patient with no real wait time except for the initial paperwork.  Everyone was Awesome

I artived at 8:40 and although first was told there were already appts so I scheduled for 11:30 Arrived and had to wait to grt an xray because someone else was having a full physical Not sure of the linear reasoning between the two After 90 minutes finally told them I had to go as it was 30 minutes after they had done my xray. I miss the efficiency when Carol Hoban was there. Ultimately I got my answer via a phone call from the LPN but that was really way too long to just find out if my toe was broken I was trying to give The sisters of Mercy the business but mist likely wont do it again anytime soon.

Been a patient for awhile, and no matter when I need care this is my place of choice, I've always been satisfied. This visit the PA Kimberly was great! Her personality was bright and inviting. So 10 STARS to her. I would recommend this provider.

Got to the office at opening time, got info processed, was cared for very well by the nurse and doc or PA (not sure). Nice visit. Wasn’t there more than maybe an hour.

I’ve been fighting congestion for a few days. I was easily able to set up an appointment for after work. The staff was awesome, and got me checked in right away. I was in and out of there, with excellent care and prescriptions already sent to the pharmacy. Definitely recommended!

I schedule the appointment online on the day of the visit. This was a quick and prompt visit to the urgent care. I was in and out of the appointment within 40 mins. Courteous staff that addressed my issue. Nothing above and beyond but it was adequate care.

Facility had a bad smell in the exam room I was in. Everything else was good. Still didn't know what was wrong when I left. Possibly this or that. Unfortunately have to wait on a culture to see if it is one thing that would require treatment. Hopefully will know tomorrow.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were very helpful and friendly. They were also very professional in their conversation and procedures. The visit was a an excellent experience.

All was good except for the wait in the exam room.. I waited 1 hr not knowing why didn’t appear to be that busy but not for sure .. just would have been nice for someone to keep me informed why I was waiting so long.. staff was very nice, exam was very good .. all in all it was a good visit…and yes I would recommend this place one of the better ones… thanks

I have a doctor I seen but if I have to see them with a problem like yesterday with my problem there not very helpful 2 weeks ago gad a issue with my stomach sent in a rx and this was to help my stomach she never sent it in by the time it was approved I didn't need it so from here on out I rather pay 45.00 to get good service and care

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
