The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the practitioner was clear on my treatment plan.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

The gentleman at the front desk was far from friendly, a little abrupt in tone, slow at checking ppl in and then told me he couldn’t take my cash copay because he didn’t have access to the box.  When he finally did take my payment because I told him that was the only way I was paying and asked for a receipt. He told me to sit down and he would get me one.  Then he proceeded to help another patient.  He should have finished with me and getting my receipt

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Would definitely recommend this office!!  Staff is wonderful.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. My Wonderful wife wanted me to get checked out as I’ve been sick all week. The nurse was very nice and the Dr took her time and listened to my issue. Ordered a a chest X-ray.  Very happy with the care.

I scheduled an appointment the morning of my visit. It was easy to get the appointment. And what a delight seeing Ms. Nina. She is absolutely beautiful inside and out. And she’s smart and has the best bedside manner. I will always use this facility. Awesome place to go when you aren’t feeling well. Thanx so much.

Booked same day appt for my 2 y/o daughters rash. Everyone was so kind and cheerful with her and made it easy. The only complaint was the wait time even with a scheduled appointment.

I was visiting my son and his family and became sick after babysitting my sick grandchild. I knew my body was telling me to see a doctor so I visited the American Family Care. The best move I made. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the Vanessa, John, and the Dr. Alexa were so warm and caring. I was in and out in half hour, and that was with a short staff I highly recommend this provider.

My son was taken care with a lot of respect and care. The Staff was very kind. Front Desk Super. I’m very happy because that is what we need people with a lot of empathy .
