The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary.
