Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I’ve chosen this urgent care center in the past because of the phenomenal quality of care I previously received. The NPs and doctors I saw before were exceptionally attentive, always going above and beyond to address my concerns. During my visit yesterday, the doctor I saw provided standard care, but I didn’t experience the same level of extra attention and thoroughness that the NPs and MDs in the past would consistently deliver. The front desk staff, however, was the most disappointing aspect of the visit. When I arrived, I greeted her, but her response was indifferent. She simply asked, with a poker face, “What can I help you with?” and pointed to instructions for registering posted on the glass window—instructions that weren’t immediately noticeable. There was no smile, no warmth, and no effort to assist further. I’m not sure what happened to the amazing staff who used to work here, but the level of care and service has clearly declined. I hope they can return to the high standards they once upheld, as this experience left much to be desired. But i would still comeback to this urgent care next time

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Quest. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

Not feeling well for several days and could not get an appointment with my doctor so went to urgent care.  They were excellent from the minute I arrived to the minute I left.
