Do not honor scheduling time Took walk in before me even though I was there at my appointment time

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

Love this urgent care facility, went in with a cough, they are always taking the best care of their patients, always covit,test, flu and strep test, gave me a nebulizer treatment, steroid shot, even took an xray to make sure I didn't have pneumonia, and called the pharmacy with prescriptions, the next day and I feel so much better. Thank you Alantic health care of East Brunswick

My husband scheduled an appointment for me and within minutes of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and was admitted shortly thereafter.  Rebekah and the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The clinic is in a convenient location.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.
