This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

Easy check in. Quiet office, clean and friendly staff. I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment.

My husband had a sore on his leg that wasn’t healing,and Rose gave him an antibiotic cream & antibiotic to take orally. Hopefully that will help.

Dr.Marchetti was a good listener and thorough in evaluation. His prescribed treatment fixed my ailment in short order. The waiting room music is a little too loud and not for universal tastes.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

If you need to be seen in a timely yet effective manner, this is the location to go. The staff is very helpful, friendly and informative. They make you feel comfortable and they take their time to listen to your concerns. The process was quick and easy. Thank you to everyone at this location from the receptionist to the NP.

The Dr was very helpful and reassuring. Gave me good directions.

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

WOKE THIS MORNIN NOT KNOWING WHAT TO EXPECT N FAMILY FIRST PUT ME AT EASE, FROM TIME I ARRIVED TO TIME I DEPARTED MY APPOINTMENT

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!
