I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. Had severe head cold for a few days. I finally went to modern Md did not schedule but walked in. I was seen fairly quickly, staff and care team were very courteous and helpful. Walked out with medication list and my mind at ease after tests were negative.
