I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. My visit required a follow up later in the afternoon, which was botched up at each step. Different prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy that never came over and by the time they did come over the pharmacy closed hours later. Then the prescription that was resent was the same one as earlier in the day and the insurance company refused to cover it obviously. Communication and follow through was horrible.

The staff was cordial and vey helpful. The check-in was easy enough with a little help from the receptionist . The doctor or PA listened to the issues and recommended what was needed. In my case, I needed an antibiotic which I’m taking 2 x per day. Also recommended nasal spray and Tylenol. She was extremely sympathetic and caring . This prompt MD was better than my previous one in Edgewater.
