I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I wasn’t feeling well since Friday but I made it to work Saturday but as the day went by I felt worse so I decided I was gonna go to the doctor I went to the urgent care on Utica avenue there’s was a couple people in there already I registered and in lest than 15 minutes I was call to the window and in a few seconds I was in to see the doctor they did my vital then the doctor came in after a minute or two, every one was very polite and showed genuine care i was so surprised the whole procedure was so smooth and the staff was extremely nice, my medicine was waiting at the pharmacy for me so I know I was going to feel better soon, i would recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs help fast, thanks guys.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
