The wait time was long due to short staff. The young lady that took my pressure and temp was the only worker that day so she was doing the best she could. She was kind and caring

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. We waited for over an hour to be seen with no valid reason given. Other patients had left so long ago yet the staff was in the back hidden. Even the receptionist was not in the front for over an hour.  If they were on lunch or break, they should've closed the office for the time they needed to have their break then reopen. Instead of having patients sit there for over an hour without and explanation.
