I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent. I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly. This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves. The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice. Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.
