Super friendly staff. Great experience from the time I entered until I exit the urgent care. I will definitely make this place my urgent care of choice.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

I love how everything went smoothly! I was also made aware of everything that was happening and why, which I loved and appreciated. Honestly 10/10!

Visited my daughter in Houston was having a hard time walking and in a lot of pain with my sciatic nerve. My daughter helped me set an appointment with  AFC Urgent  Care Channelview.  I got in quickly with no waiting time saw the PA (can’t remember her name). The PA is very informative and helpful. The building was very clean and staff were friendly & professional  I would highly recommended this Urgent Care in Channelview.

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Woke up in the morning feeling like I hit a brick wall. All of the staff made me feel so comfortable making this decision to make this place the one for books. Would recommend it to anyone. All of my questions were answered. Thank you again for taking time to making this experience pleasurable considering my circumstances. Big A plus.
