I called urgent care and they were very helpful setting an appointment and also seeing my second child for a sports physical. The receptionist never greeted me when I entered the office. She was not at the desk but was back in another office talking to another staff member. My first interaction with anyone was when the nurse called my name to be seen. The nurse and Dr were professional and friendly. When I walked back to the front there was still no one at the desk. The receptionist was again in the other room talking to another staff member. I said excuse do I need to check out and she said no you’re good. Very poor communication.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. Last time I came here, my whole experience was a nightmare. They looked like they changed ownership so I gave another try. The experience was so simple. Everyone was easy to talk too and I had barely any wait time. The women I saw were pleasant and efficient. My daughter needed a sports physical today. I was able to get in very quickly. The check-in process for paperwork went smoothly due to it being available online prior to the appointment. The staff was very nice and pleasant. Nurse Bri was excellent. My daughter was nervous at first, but Nurse Bri’s bedside manner helped her feel more comfortable. Checkin and initial triage were fine, but I felt rushed by the nurse practitioner. There were no other patients so I’m not sure why. Maybe they are expected to have a short processing time, but i would have preferred more time to ask questions and to be asked questions, without a quick immediate diagnosis .
