The diagnosis did not sit well with me based off of my son’s condition. I then scheduled an appointment with this facility and was proven right. my child came in with ear pain and the NP did a checkup and said he has no ear infection & tested with flu-a and prescribed allergy/flu medications. so we went to see his PCP a few days & was checked out more thoroughly with both ears infection & got antibiotics which he felt better a couple days later. I think the physician at the urgent care needs more training & better diagnostic methods instead of a few simple checks to determine the root cause.
