Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, all of our doctors' offices were closed, condition could not wait until Monday, went to Bon Secours Urgent Care on Nine Mile Rd, it was not busy, we walked in, greeted by friendly receptionist, we were immediately called back, two kind and knowledgeable nurses assisted us, the doctor was quick to respond, immediately diagnosed the problem, took extra time to explain things and answer questions, printed out our full report, and sent in a prescription. Everyone was so nice and professional. If I had to say something negative the only thing I could come up with would be the room freshner in the waiting area, I am super sensitive to scents, and that wasn't even unbearable. I can understand why it might be needed if the room was full. Overall this experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Bon Secours Urgent Care.

This place is amazing. The doctor and receptionist and the nurse were all so professional and nice. The doctor shared with me the seriousness of my diagnoses and she said it with compassion and care. I will go to this provider from now on.

Was having flu symptoms, sign in was great, the wait was okay, wasn’t many people and I still waited a bit longer, person that took me back and weighed me was great, nurse checking blood pressure was great however the doctor was ice cold. More concerned about my blood pressure than the reason I was there. I told her it was normal and being treated. Told me I had an upper respiratory infection and didn’t give me any medicine to get rid of the infection. She checked my ears taking the same tip and sticking it in my mouth. I’m still out of breath, wheezing, and coughing up phlegm. I think my issue was a little more serious and with my primary care physician on vacation I’m left to suffer. I called back and was told that no additional medication would be provided pick up the cough and allergy medicine and basically tough it out. No chest xray done either.

Had a deep cough. Elizabeth Dubois listen to my present & overall health concerns.  She addressed the issues and prescribed the appropriate medications.Elizabeth is a great asset to Bon Secours Urgent Care.

They gave me the wrong person’s exit packet.  So I have someone’s name, address, phone, and all their insurance info.

Bad cough and wheezing from asthma symptoms.  Wait time was minimal. Great staff and doctor really listened to my symptoms.  Great care.

I was asked if I wanted a Covid and flu test by the nurse upon intake. I realize this is a money maker for you all to do this. I stated I’d like to see the doctor and see if they recommend testing. Saw the PA, discussed symptoms, and they did not mention testing. Later that day the rest of my family became ill with the same, but less severe symptoms. They all tested positive for the flu. The PA should have stopped and ordered a flu test during the exam. Upon seeing your reply to my review, let me add that my symptoms were fever, chills, sweating, migraine and headache, pressure in my head and face. All symptoms which should have prompted a flu test.  Additionally, PA was walking out the door when I insisted on a shot for the migraine as I’d had it for three days. He did give the shot, but why had he ended the exam without addressing the migraine.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
