No appointment needed. Everything went fine. Staff was polite and efficient. They followed up with a phone call to tell me. I did not have pneumonia, but that I did have bronchitis. And they phoned in a prescription.

Checking myself in through my phone and having to take and submit pictures of my license and insurance was a bit tedious. The wait was long but I was understanding of that, as it was a busy day. And Dr. Morgan is superb, I've used this clinic for many years just because of her. She is worth the wait. I felt heard and she well attended to my needs. The nursing staff and front desk were also extremely nice. I would definitely recommend this location to others. But next visit I will try to plan better for a less busy day.
