As my review reflects, the only downside was the 20 minute wait to actually be seen by anybody. But once the physician assistant examined me, I felt I was in very good hands! The medical assistant was expert in what she did in removing the wax from both of my ears. She was thorough, gentle and relaxed all at the same time which made it much more comfortable for me. I appreciated her being for the most part while she worked. Any questions I had she answered.  I would not hesitate to come back here. When I consider that I was able to make an appointment just yesterday afternoon for the first appointment of the day, the 20 minute wait seems perfectly acceptable now! So I wish I could change that three star for wait time to four stars!

The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.
