Care was good. Scheduling was a nightmare. Made an appointment in Kensington for Saturday afternoon and showed up to find out I could not be treated there for the X-ray. My appointment was rescheduled for the next day but when we showed up, I was informed we had to go to a different location. After a long wait for the third try I had a broken bone and was given a boot. I went home then got a call to pick up crutches. I went back the next day and was told crutches were not there and sent to another location. All in all quite stressful and not easy to move around so much with a broken bone.

I was very wonderfully surprised with the attention and friendliness of everybody at the office. This was my first visit at this center. Thank you.

Everything was good except for waiting time. Told 1 before me ... then 2 before me. Waited approximately 35 min for nurse . Otherwise all good.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

I was in and out in no time. It’s a fairly new facility. The family nurse practitioner, Emelda, was wonderful. Great bedside manner. Offered options for treatment that she explained very well as to the pros and cons of each. If you live or work in the neighborhood, this is the place to go.
