Visit was pleasant and fast. Didn't catch the ladies name at the front desk but she was fantastic! Absolutely loved her energy! She administered my tetanus shot and I barely felt it which is good cause I don't like needles! Best doctor visit ever! PA was real good too. I will be going back. My last visit was awesome to. Severe neck pain brought us to Urgent Care. The medical assistance was outstanding. The immediately recommended an ER visit for a CT scan for a current medical issue. After an Xray they were clear the ER was the best way forward. We did go to the ER later that afternoon by ambulance, their instance did save my partner's life. Well done. Five stars or more in our view. Thank you, highly recommended.

I started feeling like I had a UTI and it was getting late in the evening. Springfield Urgent Care was open until 9 p.m., so I went there for the first time.  The staff were very friendly and understanding and I was in and out in an hour.  I would recommend them for your urgent care needs.

Cough, fever and chills and I Showed up and was seen in less than 30 minutes.  Great staff from sign in to testing.  Doctor was very nice and thorough.   Expected to be there for hours but I was out the door in a very short time for a Saturday morning visit.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
