Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Excellent experience. I’m grateful this Urgent Care is just 10 minutes from home for me. Received great care and thanks to my doctor and 2 prescriptions I’ll be feeling good again by tomorrow.

Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

Great as always. Speedy and efficient. Feels like a regular doctor. Highly recommend.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

I was third in line (2 people ahead of me) and somehow i was waiting for 2 hours and then once i was finally back, it took another hour. I don’t understand how seeing three people took three hours. Provider was fantastic but wait was atrocious.

It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back
