Short wait time which was great, quick and easy visit ! Considering that it’s the holiday season I thought it was going to be tough but it was good my son was able to be seen and treated quickly.

Been having a fever and nausea. Didn't have to wait long. Everyone so caring. Given something for nausea and felt better in 10 minutes. I always have great experience there.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Thank you to staff of PromptMD Fort Lee for the patience, compassion, and consideration. They were scheduled to close early yesterday (Black Friday) but made the decision to stay on and see 3 more patients (including myself)!

The Nutley location was amazing. They were able to get me in, tested for Covid, flu, RSV, and strep, in a matter of 30 minutes, the medical assistant and doctor were so friendly and nice. Highly recommend!

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen
