No fever but I knew I had an infection and would need meds. Check in was online. One person was ahead of me, but I was seen first and within 5 minutes of completing the checkin process. I left knowing a prescription had been called in. The visit was a positive experience.

Dr Holly, her assistant and the girls at the front desk were professional, personable and very informative of what was needed and what was happening with my granddaughter. Highly recommend this Urgent Care facility in Argyle, TX.

Scheduling and check in process were very easy. Wait time was nonexistent! I was seen within about three to five minutes. Dr. Simms was friendly, professional and very helpful! I felt she was very thorough and caring. Would highly recommend!

The receptionists at your front desk are never friendly when you check in. No empathy. They act like you’re bothering them. Their seat is very low and the counter blocks eye contact. This is a consistent in every visit over the years. The nurse didn’t show up for their shift, so appointment was delayed 30 minutes. No detailed print out of bill. I asked for one and was told would receive it in chat. The chat is only the total. Please pay your front desk folks more so you can get better people. They never know what they are doing and seem very unsure of themselves. It is always like this.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. Dealing with a sore throat for a couple of days, came as a walk in and waited only about 15 after checking in to be seen, all staff was friendly and helpful. Feeling much better after treatment provided to me.

Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.
