My kid needed a physical done called and to my surprise they had an opening. Visit was awesome they had quick wait time visit it self was fast and efficient and the provider was awesome. Will definitely be recommending to others.

Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

My son woke up with a bad cough, fever and sore throat. Was able to make him an appointment for later on that day.(my choice). Overall, it was a good experience. Except for the doctor. The doctor seemed like she was in a rush. Her bedside manners was very rude. My Daughter was trying to translate in Spanish and the doctor seemed VERY annoyed. I would go back, but if it was with the same doctor, I would not.

I was miserable. I went to a friend’s doctor a month ago and they said I had a sinus infection. They sent out for antibiotics and I was feeling better for a little while. Then I got to where I was struggling to breathe. That’s what brought me here. They did X-rays and an EKG. The other place didn’t do any tests. I feel like this time I am on the mend. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Very caring staff would for sure recommend. The wait time was less than 5 min. Beside manners was great.

This isn’t my first time bringing my sick children here and will not be the last. The Doctors and staff here are kind & helpful! I love coming here because we are in and out in less than an hour and they are opened late as well. As I mentioned before, I’ll always bring my kids back. Thank you for you care!

Scheduling was easy enough, check in easy, friendly front desk and nurse!  PA matter of fact and no bed side manner busy interest on phone with personal call!  He could have given more information about diagnosis and meds prescribed!  He seemed disengaged.  In and out quick enough.

I’ve taken my daughters several times and it’s always a great experience. No wait times and good and knowledgeable providers.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Best experience I’ve had at an urgent care this far. Booked online the night before. Received reminder texts. Staff were friendly and professional from the time I walked in, went to the back and walk back out the front door. Clean and fresh environment. Dr Z listened to me, evaluated me and treated me. Amazing customer service and beside manners. Highly recommend!

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth.  Her manner & tone was not friendly.  The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions.  I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

I’am very grateful they were able to see my daughter on short notice. Her ear was hurting pretty bad. Thank you

Nurse was very attentive and helpful during my visit. Doctor came to bedside and was quick but also lacked a bedside manner.
