My son had a big cyst on his back. I scheduled an appointment online and that was a good thing as there was only 2 appointments left. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Great care was given.

Scheduling for the following day was easy. I confirmed my appointment and arrived on time. Checking in was seamless as they had my Insurance information. The practictioner diagnosed my issue quickly and sent a prescription to my pharmacist. Everything went very smoothly. I highly recommend Indigo Urgent Care. They are very professional, supportive and do things right.

check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

Very helpful friendly staff. Identified my issue quickly once in exam room. 3 emergencies coincided my visit, wondering why the don't go to hospital emergency.

I called the clinic to ask about an appt because of my granddaughter's eye problem. There were no appts available, however Mi-lihn (sp?) was so helpful & explained about walking in. We did not have to wait long. The staff was very courteous & friendly. The PA had a great bedside manner & made sure my granddaughter understood everything. This is not her first time there. The clinic is very consistent with its service. A nice medical clinic to go to. Would recommend going here.

I needed to get in the same day.  The waiting list was approximately 3-4 hours out, so they took my name and sent me home until they had an opening. It wound up being only about 1.5 hours to wait and I was able to do so in the comfort of my home.  Once I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes.  Staff was great!

It was really fast and they were so helpful. I called ahead nd they were waiting to help.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on multiple topics. Staff cared for me during blood draw. Easiest blood draw I have ever had.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Very busy location and was unable to secure an appointment on Friday or Saturday due to high volume. The person at the desk who assisted me on Friday was very kind and helpful, looking into locations that might be able to see me that day and informing me that if I come in at opening on Saturday, I can get a walk in spot. The people at the desk who assisted me on Saturday, when I was able to get a walk in appointment, were also kind, helpful, fast, and efficient. The doctor and nurse were also kind and respectful. I feel like they did a great job helping me with an injury and walking me through the L&I worker's comp process, which was new to me. They answered any questions I had.

Front desk and all staff were very friendly and professional!!  Being able to wait at home for a text instead of the waiting room was a great blessing!!

Dr. Heath was fantastic! Very cool guy and knew his stuff. He got me the meds I needed to get me on my way. However, the wait time was rough. It was close to 3 hours before I was actually seen by the doctor. They take appointments too and it seems those take priority over walk ins. Totally understandable but when I literally have pneumonia and feeling very cruddy, then told the wait will be 1 hour so I waited in the car only to have it be close to 3 hours, I had a hard time with that. Overall though, the care was absolutely top notch! Thank you.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
