Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

I have been sick for about eight days so decided to make a same-day appointment at this urgent care. I arrived. The woman checking me in was super nice. Got me all checked in. They got me right into a room Dave the medical assistant was really kind. Talked about how much he loved his job and I love hearing that. The nurse practitioner who saw me was thorough, and on top of it. Everyone there was just really truly wonderful. It was fast and efficient and I really appreciated that.

Walked in with my left eye bothering me they said they were filled but if I could wait an hour or so they would fit me in. I was able to wait and was well treated by staff. Very efficient and helped me . Explained everything . I would recommend them anytime.

Woke up this morning with sinus pressure and was able to get a walk in appointment scheduled for the same day just waited a bit. But everyone seemed very happy to be there and were very friendly. All the staff was wonderful!

At 3:30am the pain in my arm was going the wrong direction. Got on my phone and scheduled an appointment. Just knowing I would get relief helped. Thank you.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!
