I have been here a few times with no Issues. I scheduled an appointment at 12;20 and was not seen until almost 2;00The communication with the front desk was absolutely horrible. They seemed to not care and had zero info to provide  The PA was amazing

The providers here are absolutely top of the line. The PA made me feel so taken care of and listened to, things I’ve started to feel less of in medical care in recent years. Thank you to the PA and the team for being incredible

I was able to schedule an online appt and complete paperwork. Check-in was timely. Staff was professional and friendly. I received the care I came in for. Everything went smoothly.

I was in less than 30minutes. The doctor was very professional.she explained clearly.

I was feeling very sick for a few days with chest pains, fever and short breathe. It didn’t take me very long to get attended and when I did they took good care of me. They had meds in hand and gave me a breathing treatment that helped me out so much. I always receive the best service there.

Everyone was very friendly and did a great job. Wait time was perfect. Bedside manner was very good. Yes , very much indeed. She was awesome.

My NP was quite knowledgeable and spot on with the diagnosis.  Her opinion for a treatment was right on target. I was pleased to have gone to Nextcare!  On a not so good note though, there was no personnel at the front desk when we arrived. I decided to wait it out. A patient that signed after me got frustrated and walked out!

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.

Checked in for persistent cough, was given a nasal spray, allergy pills, cough syrup and antibiotic. The spray, cough syrup and allergy pills were ineffective but the antibiotics seem to be helping.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
