Everything went well. PA was excellent. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Xray was done and xray tech was very professional. Will definitely use facility again. Would recommend.

Super reliable and quick. The staff is always very pleasant and professional. This is my go-to Urgent Care if I ever need anything quick.

Made an appointment online which I thought would help with the wait time. But no, they take walk ins and let them go before you. I scheduled a noon appointment and was not taken back until 1:05. Then waited another 35 minutes for a simple strep test. I think they need to run their appointments like banner, they go before walk ins.

Call to schedule visit was easy. Waited 30 minutes before admitted. Staff was friendly. Got tested for Covid and flu. Both were negative.  Glad to come to Nextcare. Good service.

I was very happy with how my appointment went. Very friendly and very thorough. They all showed they cared and happy to say I am already on the mend from covid.

Everyone was nice, however just a regular 5 min verification that I have the flu and they give me the standard thing prescription.I walk out of there.Having to pay three hundred dollars even with insurance. I was told it was because they're a fever service and that's what they charge. Why couldn't they tell me how much it was gonna be before I walked in to see the doctor? I would have declined to go in. That's a lot of money when I already pay a lot of money for insurance out of my wife's paycheck. Thoroughly disappointed not knowing before i'm treated. Granted, I was warned there might be more than seventy five dollars for the copay, but I had no clue that they would want another two hundred and thirty bucks after I paid the seventy something. It sucks being sick and then being taken advantage of on top of that, just really sucks as well.

I was in less than 30minutes. The doctor was very professional.she explained clearly.

I was able to get an appointment within two hours of deciding to book it. Somehow my appointment didn't show up in the computer but I still only had to wait 10 minutes to get in. Staff was excellent and took care of my needs.

I always get greeted when I go to this urgent care they already know me and my family the secretary was super helpful trying to figure out why I was having trouble scheduling through the app I was happy with the care I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to whoever is looking for a provider who cares and takes the time to listen and help them with their health thank you for everything you do I appreciate it.

The staff and check-in was great. Needed some wound care that was taken care of immediately. Insurance covered.

The service was good, but I was waiting almost 2 hours for the full appointment to occur.

Checked in for persistent cough, was given a nasal spray, allergy pills, cough syrup and antibiotic. The spray, cough syrup and allergy pills were ineffective but the antibiotics seem to be helping.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
