The receptionist and PA that was there today (2/20/2019)were great and amazing! My only complaint was that the nurse on staff today was not so warm and welcoming let alone have 1 smile on her face . Other than her I was very happy with our visit today .

I have been to this clinic before, but it’s been a few years. I was experiencing some cold/flu like symptoms over the past several days. I called the office and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. Once I arrived, there was no wait time and I was brought back to a room within 10 minutes. I saw a nurse practitioner named Kelly. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She listened to all my concerns, and diagnosed me. I truly appreciated her bedside manner and will absolutely be back if I need any more medical services in the future.

Initially there was a bit of a mix up with the timing. However the staff was very friendly and helpful to get things done, in a timely manner. I was able to have my appointment.

I came in with a UTI, and Linda prescribed an antibiotic. She was very knowledgeable and communicated her thoughts abd opinions to me in a way I understood.

Overall, a pleasant experience. Would Recommend and would go to again.

We visited for the first time and found the office to be extremely clean, the staff super friendly and helpful, and the visit wait time very short. All of these areas outshine other urgent care facilities in the area.  I highly recommend this as an option.

Told me what to do and what to eat to get my diabetes under control Did not know a lot of the summer fruits have sugar so now I will watch what I eat

My daughter had an injury to her eye late at night. We tried booking an appt with 3 other 24/hr online immediate cares, but none of them had availability. We then tried Rapid Immediate Care. It worked out, they had the earliest available appt. They were able to check her in, inspect her eye injury, give her pain drop for her eye, and order antibiotic in time for her to make it to summer class and not be late. The staff were decent and friendly, good bedside manner. Seemed relatively knowledgeable. Her eye is now on the mend. I have worked in immediate cares and acute care settings in the past myself. In my opinion, this location is better organized and functioning than most immediate care settings I've been to. It certainly beats waiting 7 hrs in an ER, and the quality of care has been good overall, at least for all the times we've been there in the past (strep covid, sore throats, pains). The only reason I didn't contact them first this time, the drive is further away than other locations.

Was able to get in and be seen very fast. The waiting room had lots of books and a Disney movie playing which was super helpful for my antsy toddler. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will come back.

Really kind staff and a very calm and relaxing experience, everything goes really smooth.

Went for Covid test. Service could not have been more professional and friendly I highly recommend them.
